Getting started

How much capital do I need?

Product purchases are funded from your own working capital. The right amount depends on your goals and product categories. We’ll walk through a realistic range during your free consultation.

Can you guarantee results?

No. Honest agencies can’t guarantee profits or timelines. Results depend on products, capital, competition and marketplace conditions. What we commit to is experienced daily management, documented processes and transparent reporting.

Do I need ecommerce experience?

No. Many of our clients are new to selling online. We explain each step in plain language, and you can be as involved as you like.

What do I need to get started?

Usually a registered business, the documents Walmart asks for during seller verification, a bank account for payouts and working capital for product purchases. We’ll give you a checklist during onboarding.

How long does onboarding take?

It depends mostly on Walmart’s application and verification review, which is outside our control. We’ll explain each stage and keep you updated as your store gets ready.

Ownership & payment

Who owns the store and the money?

You do. The Walmart Seller Center account is in your name, and platform payouts go to your bank account. Our team works inside the account with the permissions you grant.

How do you get paid?

Our compensation is an agreed percentage of profit. It is collected only after you receive your platform payout, and it is based on the numbers shown in your report.

What reports will I receive?

Regular reports showing sales, order volume, product costs, marketplace fees, prep and shipping costs, net profit and account health metrics.

Are there upfront management fees?

Our compensation is an agreed percentage of profit, collected after payout. Any other costs, such as product purchases or prep-center charges, are explained and agreed in writing before you start.

Operations & compliance

What is 2-step dropshipping?

Instead of a supplier shipping straight to your customer, products are first delivered to a third-party prep center in Houston. There they are inspected, repackaged in neutral packaging and labeled, then shipped to your customer with tracking.

Is this allowed on Walmart Marketplace?

Walmart allows sellers to use drop ship and third-party fulfillment when they follow its drop ship policy. For example, the seller must be the seller of record, and packaging can’t identify another retailer. We build our workflow around these requirements, but marketplace policies change, so every seller remains responsible for their account and should review Walmart’s current policies.

Where do products come from?

Products are purchased from suppliers, and invoices are kept for every order. We screen products for restricted categories and policy concerns before listing them.

Who handles returns and customer messages?

Our team does. We answer buyer messages, process returns and refunds, and follow up on feedback, all in your store’s name.

What happens if there’s an account health issue?

We monitor performance metrics regularly and let you know quickly if something needs attention. We then work with you on a response plan, including any communication with Walmart Seller Support.

Other marketplaces

Do you work with other marketplaces?

Walmart is our main focus. We also support stores on Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, Shopify and Temu. Ask about these during your consultation.
