Partnership & pricing

You own the store. We earn when it earns.

A straightforward partnership: you keep ownership and control, our team runs daily operations, and our compensation is tied to your store’s profit.

Who does what

A clear division of roles

You control

  • Ownership of your Walmart Seller Center account
  • Your bank account and all platform payouts
  • Product purchasing funds (your working capital)
  • Final say on major business decisions

We handle

  • Product research, sourcing and listings
  • Order purchasing and tracking
  • Prep-center coordination in Houston
  • Buyer messages, returns and support
  • Regular sales, expense and performance reports
How we’re paid

An agreed percentage of profit, collected after payout

Our income depends on your store’s profit, so our goals stay aligned with yours.

  1. 1

    Walmart pays you

Platform payouts are deposited directly into your own bank account on Walmart’s regular payout schedule.

  2. 2

    You review the report

We share a report with sales, product costs, fees, prep and shipping costs, and the resulting net profit.

  3. 3

    We collect our share

Our agreed percentage is calculated from the reported profit and collected after your payout is received.

Product purchases are funded from your working capital. Any other costs, such as prep-center charges, are explained and agreed in writing before you start.

Transparent reporting

Every number, itemized

Your reports show exactly where the money went, so you can review every figure before our share is collected.
